What is occupying my mind?

Barcelona

The main thing taking up all the space in my head right now is what I am going to do this summer (After my work experience of course). I am so dying to go to Barcelona and determined to make it happen. After South Africa last year and all the other amazing countries i have been lucky enough to visit, i know there is so much more out there than what England has to offer. Barcelona is such a beautiful country with the perfect combination of beaches, the city and rural environments- perfect for photography! Not only do I intend on lying on the beach soaking up the sun for all its worth, but to get a job and hopefully some kind of fashion/events related work experience AND do every touristy thing possible. Is this really too much to ask?

Summers Style

You may of noticed a lot of my recent post are based around summer lately, its my favourite time of year and for me its so much easier to decide what to wear, shorts and a tee every time! I’ve already noted what colour nail varnish I will be wearing in Barcelona (notice how I already think I’m going, positivity will make it happen) white, turquoise and my usual deep purple.

One out of the million things that inspire my summer wardrobe has been a shoot in the latest H&M magazine ‘Shades Of White’. simple yet detailed, feminine, pretty, sexy and dainty. The fact that its highlighted with my favourite colour jewellery- silver and turquoise helps too!

Tattoo

The conversation topic of tattoos has been very prominent recently. I have always secretly wanted one but I am so indecisive it will be a long time until I actually get one. However I have been looking through various tattoo blogs and accumulated a very full folder on my laptop titled ‘possibilities’ ha! All I know is I want something simple, meaningful and that can be hidden in necessary. I still haven’t found what I want so the hunt continues…

T.V

I have a lot of love for Lilly after watching the first episode of her new T.V series on channel 4 that follows her and her sister as they set up their own vintage fashion store. It is definitely worth a watch, I really admire how she genuinely doesn’t give a shit but at the same time is quite emotional.

Other shows I cant get enough of right now: The Model agency, 90210, Brothers and Sisters, Glory Daze, The Good Wife (all available on 4OD) Gossip Girl, Take Me Out, Secret Diary Of A Call Girl, The Real Housewives of Orange County and The Vampire Diaries- ashamedly (all available on ITVPlayer) Waking the dead and Silk (available on BBC iplayer). Oh and the standard shows... CSI, f.r.i.e.n.ds and SATC.

Of course uni work is taking up a lot of thoughts, final presentation of the year tomorrow! Yayy! Also excited about the upcoming group photo shoot project.
